The Psychiatry, habilitation, and assistive technology department is an administration with several different operations located throughout Skåne. The department has nearly 4000 employees and is one of the largest healthcare administrations in Region Skåne. Within psychiatry, there are five emergency reception units, child and adolescent psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, and adult psychiatry. Within habilitation, there are child and adolescent habilitation, adult habilitation, and services for vision, hearing, and deafness, as well as assistive technology services that are tasked with managing assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne.
We are now looking for an information security and data protection coordinator for our IDA organization (Information Security, Data Protection, and Archives) within the Psychiatry, habilitation, and assistive technology department. The position is located in the digitalization unit, which is one of the staff units within the administrative management where the IDA organization belongs. Within the unit, we are about twelve employees who are tasked with supporting the administrative management and the various operations both strategically and operationally regarding various digital services and systems used in the operations. We aim to be the best administration in Region Skåne.
The IDA organization currently consists of the department's IDA coordinators (information security and data protection coordinators and archive managers) and IDA main contact persons (HCP-information security, HCP-data protection, and archive representatives) from each operational area. We now need to strengthen the overall work by appointing an information security and data protection coordinator in the department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an information security and data protection coordinator, you will lead, coordinate, develop, and follow up on the department's information security and data protection work. You will serve as the primary contact point for questions regarding information security and data protection and be the link between the operations and the regional function at the corporate office. You will be part of a network with corresponding roles within other administrations in Region Skåne and work both strategically and operationally based on the regional guidelines for a sustainable data protection and information security culture in Region Skåne.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and conduct regional and department-wide risk analyses
- Conduct information classification, impact assessments in connection with requirements and development of digital services
- Be responsible for information dissemination and training to the operations, provide advice and follow-up, and develop instructions and guidelines
- Manage personal data incidents and be the contact point for information security incidents
- Follow up and ensure an updated DSF register
- Administer register extracts
You will also contribute with support and advice to the administrative management and operations for questions within your areas and contribute to the development of internal processes. You are part of Region Skåne's regional network and report the status of information security and data protection work to the management within the department and to regional functions. Furthermore, you will also participate in the work of digital development within healthcare by assisting in matters related to information management.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a relevant university/college education focused on, for example, information security, information science, systems science, or alternatively education in the healthcare sector with training or documented knowledge/experience that we assess as equivalent. You have experience in practical data protection work and knowledge of the legislation affecting the processing of personal data. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of risk management from an information security perspective. Additionally, you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
We place great value on the ability to create engagement and participation, as well as good collaboration skills. You are a good communicator in both speech and writing and can convey your message in a pedagogical way, understand the user's experience, and have a good sense of the needs of the operations. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of healthcare and experience in digitalization combined with knowledge of data protection and information security.
To succeed in this role, you should have analytical skills, be meticulous, and have the ability to work both independently and in teams. Furthermore, you are independent, structured, and have an easy time making contacts. You work digitally and are curious about using new technology in your work and can quickly adapt to new digital working methods. You enjoy working operationally and have the ability to think long-term, comprehensively, and strategically.

Within the department, there are also services for vision, hearing, and deafness, as well as youth clinics in Skåne.
